My CD doesn't start on it's own.
The
CD's Autorun feature was tested on numerous computers with a wide array
of operating systems (Windows 98,Me, 200, 200 Pro, XP and XP Pro) without
any problems, however your computer must have the autorun feature enabled
for the CD to start itself.

To Enable/Disable Autorun (Windows 95/98/Me)
Access the System Properties Dialog. Using Control Panel: My Computer:
Properties or Explorer: My Computer: Properties. Select
the Device Manager tab. Select the CD-ROM folder. Select the entry for
your CD-ROM drive. Select Properties. Select the Settings tab. Turn
on or off the Auto insert notification option. Select OK. Select OK

To Enable/Disable Autorun (Windows NT/2000)
Start RegEdit (regedt32.exe). Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE/System/CurrentControlSet/Services/Cdrom.
Edit the Autorun value to '1' to enable autorun, and '0' to disable
autorun. Close RegEdit.
Warning:
DO NOT EDIT ANYTHING except this value as computer failure could result!!

How
To Enable/Disable Autorun (Windows XP) Open Windows Explorer by pressing
the Windows + "e" key. Right-click the desired CD-ROM and
select Properties from the menu. Select the AutoPlay tab. Select each
item from the pulldown list and for the Action to perform, select "Take
no action" to disable autorun, or pick the appropriate action to
take if enabling autorun. Select OK.
If
the CD still doesn't start on it's own after you have done this, or
if youa re using a Mac, then simply click on the open.htm file to begin
viewing the CD's content in the proper order.

Why can't I view the video footage?
The
video footage on the CD-ROM is in .wmv format, which will only play
on Windows Media Player 10. If you do not have this version of this

Some of the video footage has no sound. / The audio portions of the
CD don't work.
Some
of the footage is silent, however if you are sure that the specific
footage you are viewing does have sound please make sure your sound
has not been muted, your volume is set to a suitable level and everything
is working properly on your computer.

Sometimes I click on a link and the page comes up smaller than the screen.
Maximize
the new page by clicking on the center icon shown below, it appears
in the upper right of your browser window.
